Greetings !Some one needs to understand what is a blog. According to www.dictionary.com a blog is defined as: "an online diary; a personal chronological log of thoughts published on a Web page".

The focus here is on "thoughts". I search, think and express. But its the serious matter of patients and their well being on which there is no compromise. All the manufacturers who have problem with my thoughts should fully understand that I as a patient and student of celiac disease, the new developments and the study of gluten free foods have the right to present my thoughts for the safety and health security of other patients and I will continue to do so by the grace of Allah !

So please respected manufacturers I have no issue with the products that you sell, the only thing is that due to your love of profits through misleading and wrong labels I will raise my voice and thoughts against the labeling. Awareness phase is starting, educating people not just about celiac disease but also about the products is the mission and is also written on the parent website.

So I request these manufacturers not to use coercive dialogues via email or phone.
